The Dublin restaurant that referred to an angry customer as “an arsehole” on social networking website Twitter has issued an apology on their Facebook page.
Earlier today, we told you all about Cinnamon restaurant in Ranelagh. Last night, the restaurant was called out on Twitter by an angry customer who was left waiting for his food for 40minutes. When the customer made a complaint about the service via Twitter, he was branded “an arsehole” by the restaurant.

However, Cinnamon has now issued a letter of apology which reads:
Well, at least they apologised. Will you be taking advantage of some “twittergate” coffees in the near future?
