Tensions have been rising in the jungle on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and last night things came to a head between Edwina Currie and Melanie Sykes.
The two women clashed over the importance of men when the group were deciding who to send to do the latest Bushtucker Trial.
Melanie put herself forward for the challenge but was shocked when Edwina appeared to suggest that a man (either Jake Quickenden or Carl Fogarty) would be a better option.
This led to the television presenter saying that you don’t “need a man for anything part from sex”, a statement that the former politician disagreed with.
After the exchange, Edwina went to the Bush Telegraph where she shed a few tears and implied that she is missing her husband.
She said: “Whole people need other whole people and it could be you’re a man and you see the woman of your dreams… or it could be you’re a woman that’s missing her man.”
