Everyone has noticed an error on William and Kate’s card

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Kate and William, released their annual Christmas card during the week. Lots of comments were made; people admiring Kate's outfit and others doting over George and Charlotte. But, while the photo was probably planned for weeks, and very carefully at that, people have noticed a fairly glaring error - Kate has no right arm. William has both his hands on George's shoulders, while Kate only has one hand on view, placed be by her side, with the other one completely missing. She has it placed behind Will's back but you cannot even see her elbow or upper arm, which adds to the illusion. Possibly too much photoshop?
