We've all gone on a few weird dates, and we've all gone on dates where we're just not feeling it.
Some people clash. Some people have no banter together. Some people just aren't meant to be.
That's totally grand. Close the door and move on.
That's what you're supposed to do, however this man decided to ask his date for money when she turned him down after they went out.
The woman had one G&T, but the spark wasn't there. Later on, she text the guy to say it wasn't going to work out, and he proceeded to send her his bank details.
In a rather lovely text, the woman said: "Best of luck in finding your special person. Take care and it was nice meeting you."
And he replied: "Oh, dear. It's expensive being a man being rejected all the time. Please be kind enough to put 4.95 in my account to pay for your drink."
We don't know if the woman replied (we hope not), but maybe, just maybe, she dodged a bullet there.
