Here’s a simple recipe for some amazing LowLow mocha, white chocolate and pecan brownies (makes 12)

Ingredients:
240g dark chocolate, finest quality. [At least 60% cocoa solids].
100g LowLow Original spread.
2 tsp espresso coffee.
3 eggs.
135g caster sugar.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
55g flour, sifted.
40g pecans, chopped.
40g white chocolate, chopped.
Cocoa for dusting.
What you’ll make:
12 chocolate brownies – yum!
Method:
Pre heat oven to 150oc/300f/gas 2.
Place LowLow and dark chocolate into a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. (Do not let base of bowl touch water, or chocolate will burn.) Stir until ingredients have melted, add espresso and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, place eggs and sugar in a mixer and whisk until thick and creamy (about 3 minutes). Add vanilla extract.
Fold in sifted flour gently, and then fold in chocolate mixture, chopped pecans and white chocolate.
Pour mixture into a pre lined tin about 30x20cm, and bake in pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes, until risen and just set.
Leave to cool before slicing and dust with cocoa before serving. (if they last that long!)
Tip: Also makes a delicious end to a meal as petite fours with coffee, cut into bite size squares.
