As you have probably heard already, film director and producer Tony Scott died over the weekend.

When it was announced that there would be a film remake of this cult television series, nobody quite knew what to expect. While it might not be the same as the old one, what you do get is very entertaining.
Man on Fire
Denzel Washington was an actor that Tony Scott worked with a lot during his career. And from this action flick, it's no wonder these two combined numerous times.
Enemy of the State
In this intelligent thriller, Will Smith ends up with something that a corrupt politician desperately wants and is willing to kill for. The only problem is he doesn't know what it is he has.
True Romance
With Tony behind the lens and the cast reading like a who's who of Hollywood, True Romance is an action film with a bit of bite. Christian Slater, Brad Pitt and Samuel L Jackson are just a few of the big names in this film.
Top Gun
Saving the best until last, Top Gun was probably the most succesful film he worked on. It stars Tom Cruise as a confident fighter pilot who gets romantically involved with his teacher.
