Bloating is a common problem and while you might not like talking about it, you probably do want to prevent it. Speaking of which, here are some foods that can help with that.

Parsley

Parsley is a natural diuretic (it helps to produce urine) which means it is great for preventing a bloated tummy so get adding it to your recipes as soon as possible.
