Good News! Warm Weather To Continue Into Next Week

There's nowhere like Ireland on a sunny day.

Cathy Donohue

There’s smiles all around this week as the sun has FINALLY made a very welcome appearance and there’s nowhere in the world like Ireland on a good day.

The epic news is that the warm weather is set to continue until at least Wednesday with “dry spells and light breezes” across the board.

National forecaster Met Éireann has predicted temperatures of 18 to 23 degrees tomorrow and the south of the country will be the warmest.

It means that the office workers and those stuck inside Monday to Friday will finally get a chance to enjoy the holiday atmosphere over the weekend.

Sunday and Monday are set to experience the same sunny conditions with temperatures from 17 to 22 degrees. Ulster will be the coolest area while Munster is predicted to be the warmest province on these days.

Tuesday then will see the south stay dry and bright with sunny spells but north Connacht and Ulster may be at risk of light rain and patches of drizzle.

Met Éireann currently predicts that a front will spread eastwards across the country on Wednesday bringing rain or drizzle to many areas but thankfully “there will still be a good deal of dry weather overall”.

So get the flip-flops out, the BBQ on and most importantly don’t forget the suncream!
