Ah bless the raccoon, the cutest member of the vermin family.
With their tiny little hands and their little eyes that look like superhero masks, it's easy to forget that raccoons aren't friendly pets.
The internet may like to call raccoons "
trash pandas" and think they're nice cute creatures, just ready to burst into song like its a Disney film, but given the chance, a raccoon will cause havoc with your food, your friends... and even your phone.
This is a valuable life lesson Guy Williams learnt this week after he tried recording a raccoon on his phone.
A student at Bellarmine University, Guy tried recording himself feed a raccoon acorns while he was on university campus.
And then, well.... this happened.

Why is he yelling Stanley? Well that's the name Guy gave his raccoon
just moments before the theft.

Life comes at you fast.
Guy told BuzzFeed News that the creature eventually dropped the phone somewhere in the woods, and he eventually found it by calling it.

Guy was keen to stress that he didn't harm Stanley while retrieving his phone, although we doubt that he could catch Stanley in the first place.
