PICTURE: Help us reunite this engagement ring with its owner

Let's get it back to her.

An engagement ring is a special item and I can imagine that losing it would be utterly devastating. Not only are they VERY expensive but they're also of huge sentimental value which is why we need to reunite this ring with its owner. Spotted on JOE.ie, the below ring was found on Arbor Hill in Stoneybatter.
