Maximum Media, which owns and operates JOE.ie and Her.ie is Ireland’s fastest growing online publishing company and due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager.
The main responsibilities will be:
Skill Set
Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership by example, demonstrate a relentless urgency to drive the business on, exude creativity and flair and maintain an unrelenting alignment with excellence. The applicant must be highly motivated by sales targets, driven with purpose to achieve and have a clear commerical vision. The applicant ideally, should have a proven track in advertising sales, preferably in the digital space. That said, a marketing professional with strong management and communication skills coupled with an outstanding ability to pitch and present, that may be looking for a change in career direction will also be given serious consideration.
Exceptional applicants will have:
Clear understanding of the digital sales environment
Good knowledge of the advertising agencies
Excellent communication skills
Impressive track record in sales, online sales or marketing
Strong level of marketing and digital awareness
Remuneration
A highly competitive salary and commission structure will be made available to the right applicant.
