Here’s How To Make Your iPhone Battery Go The Distance

It's simple too.

Cathy Donohue

While we love our iPhones and would find it difficult to manage without them, the battery life is a serious bugbear.

However, there’s various tips and tricks to try and manage this problem and the latest one we’ve come across is pretty simple.

There’s an option on your phone entitled ‘Low Power Mode’ and enabling it can apparently extend your battery life by up to four hours.

Switching this on stops your phone lighting up when you get a message and basically cuts out any visual effects, allowing your battery to last longer.

This is an option available to people using iOS9 and turning it on is pretty simple.

Simply select Settings, then Battery, then Low Power Mode and hopefully you’ll see a noticeable difference in the life of your iPhone battery.
