That’s right, the music mogul is making his return to the judging panel next year and has his heart set on finding another global star!
Simon Cowell has revealed that he will be returning to Britain’s Got Talent in 2013 and unlike other years will be present for the audition stages as well as the live shows.
Well, it is a bit unfair to let the rest do the hard work and just swoop in for the last few shows!
David, Alesha, Amanda and Simon are all coming back to the show.
Cowell won’t be the only familiar face you'll see either as he will be reunited with last year’s judges Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon.
“I loved doing the show last year, the new panel worked really well and I’m very happy they have all agreed to come back,” he explained to Heatworld.
Ashley and Pudsey were last year's winners.
Speaking about his high expectations, the 53-year-old added: “Last year was a special year for talent and I hope that in 2013, off the back of an amazing year for Britain, we find another global star.”
If you missed it, Ashley and Pudsey became the first dog act to win the talent show last year and have had a very busy year indeed.
As to whether Simon will return to the X Factor judging panel, which let’s face it is in dire need of help after this year's ratings, is still unknown. We have no doubt he'll keep everyone guessing about that one until the last minute!
