There are a range of roles including Sales Consultants, Sales Support, Cashiers and Store Ambassadors. You’ll need a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and a passion to exceed customer expectations. Experience working in a customer service-focused environment will really help, as will excellent interpersonal and communications skills. You’ll also need to be commercially aware, self-motivated and, ideally, love fashion and beauty as much as we do.
