Hopeless Romantic: Man Drunk Calls 911 Looking For Date

One American man went to extraordinary efforts to try secure himself a date and ended up getting arrested. 45-year-old Stephen Ramsey had one too many when he decided to phone emergency services. The Florida native drunk called 911 several times to ask the operator if she would like to go on a date. As standard procedure, the seven-minute long prank call was recorded and has been uploaded online. Ramsey was later arrested for his actions. The operator handled the nuisance call with extreme patience, as Ramsay joked with her querying how she felt about handcuffs.
