Cathy's Choice: A Song for Triona
Cathy says: I've always really liked Ed Sheeran, back before he hit the big time he played a small gig at the Róisín Dubh in Galway and it was serious. A small venue packed to the rafters but, even then it was obvious that Ed was a special talent. This week the friends and family of Triona Priestly contacted Ed via Twitter so he could sing to the terminally ill teenager. Triona was one of Ed's biggest fans and she passed shortly after Ed sang to her over the phone. This pretty much broke my heart.

Úna's Choice: Women Like Me

There's nothing like a good gossip with your mammy to put the world to rights and even though I probably rack up a few more months than the average, I reckon it's time well spent!

Liz' Choice: The Circle of Life in the Sky
Liz says: There's few things I love more than musicals and Disney. Give me them both, 10,000 feet in the air and I'm in heaven. This video was incredible, and made me incredibly jealous that I happened to be sitting at my desk and not in Row F.
