In terms of practical jokes, this one is pretty mean but we couldn’t help but laugh all the same. Comedian Nathan Fielder took to Twitter and asked his followers if they’d like to take part in an experiment.
Nathan’s experiment involved getting his followers to text their parents a message alluding to a drug deal. The followers were then asked to to send another text which said: ‘Sorry ignore that text. Not for you’ and take a picture of their parents’ response.

As you’d expect, the response to Nathan’s experiment was overwhelming. We imagine there were a LOT of incredibly worried parents around the globe last night when the experiment took place.
This Mammy won't let her son's comment go...

This parent is threatening to cut ties with their child
“I think I just ruined my mom’s night,” wrote one follower and added a picture of his mother’s response (which was laced with bold words).
“Grounded! Holy sh**t...” wrote another.
Grounded at the speed of light!
While most of the parents who were targetted demanded to know what “2 grams” meant, a few ones actually gave out to their offspring for overpaying for the drugs. Parents of the year, huh?
We wonder how long it’ll take before similiar pranks start appearing all over Twitter and Facebook? You have to admit though, it is pretty funny!
