Instagram is all about the validation guys, let’s be real.
We all know what it’s like waiting around for that elusive 11th like so we can feel like we are the queens of the internet, and when it doesn’t happen it can be pretty devastating.
However, the tech giant seems to be trying to cushion our egos a little by changing up how likes are displayed on the app. Mashable report that the company is testing a system where all your likes appear as numbers, throwing the names conundrum out the window and making that 11th like totally redundant.
Instagram doesn’t show names of your likers anymore even if you have less than 11. Game changer for teens, I predict pic.twitter.com/JlhnIk8aFJ

Finally, this feature will make the struggle to get to 11 a thing of the past:
Kendall Jenner gets paid $125,000 per Instagram like, I’m just my best to get 11 likes so it changes from names to numbers?

First time I got 11 likes on Instagram my mom told me to take out the trash & I told her hire a maid, we don’t gotta live like this no more
