So today is the longest day of the year, but it's also a special day for other reasons.
Today is Go Home On Time Day, which basically means that you need to bid farewell to your office at exactly 5pm.
This campaign has been created in the UK, by Working Families, a charity that helps working parents and carers find a better balance in work.
How glorious?
Speaking about the concept, the charity's CEO Jane Van Zyl said:
"Our aim is for going home on time to be the norm, not the exception. Making work-life balance a priority and having widespread, genuinely flexible human-sized jobs will deliver benefits for both businesses and all workers."
She continued:
"Working people who are burnt out and disengaged are not going to perform as well - which is bad for business, bad for the economy, and perhaps most crucially, bad for families."
"Go Home on Time Day is a chance for working people across the UK to unplug and spend time with loved ones. And it's an opportunity for employers to consider what improvements they can make to their workplace culture to support their employees' wellbeing."
Oh, and it's also National Bring Your Dog To Work Day, too.
What a time to be alive.
