Ireland is looking cloud-free right now in the latest satellite image from Met Éireann

Oh happy days!

Denise Curtin

Blue skies GALORE.

In the latest satellite image shared by Met Éireann on Twitter, it shows Ireland from above highlighting the fact that the country right now has practically no cloud cover. Ah-mazing.

And in the past three months where we have seen drastic storms takeover the country (and rob us of all our bread supplies), we never thought we’d be looking at a cloud-free Ireland in early May. Hurrah.

Tomorrow is also expected to bring plenty of sun as well as Saturday with temperatures of 19 degrees in some parts (a day to whip out the BBQ if you ask me!)

Met Éireann also shared an update on the pollen count for the entire country for the next coming sunny days – highlighting that they expect it to be low across all four provinces.
