Good customer service can be a rare thing these days but one cinema in Ireland proved that they are willing to go the extra mile when it comes to their customers.
When Aidan Maher’s kids went to see Inside Out with their grandmother at Thurles cinema last weekend, his son got a little scared.
But an employee stepped up to the mark and did everything she could to try to make the little boy feel at ease.
Aidan was so impressed, he took to Facebook to express his thanks for the extra effort she made.
