Wait for his dad's reaction, it's brilliant.Brian Patrick Byrne decided to plan a trip home from Israel to surprise his mum for her birthday. He filmed the whole thing and caught her reaction when she opened the door to him.
He also went around back to surprise the rest of the family and nearly gave his dad a heart attack.
