From weight loss to fitness to budgeting, it doesn’t always go to plan and after a few weeks, most of us are quickly back to square one.
One of the most popular promises we make in the new year is that we won’t drink for a whole month. Dry January is a popular one and if you can do it, it’s definitely great for your body, mind and pocket.
But then comes cheeky signs like this which really doesn’t help those of us who are trying to be good, although it does make us laugh.
Carlow pub Scraggs Alley shared this sign with patrons and on Facebook which listed their ‘dry’ January offers.
The bar cleverly listed all the dry types of alcohol they supply.
This included dry gin and dry white wine. And if you’re feeling peckish, they also included some dry roasted nuts.
This is a dry January we could all get on board with!
