Speaking to Women's Health South Africa, makeup artist Cheryl Parker revealed the simple application tip that will eliminate clumping.
The first step is priming your mascara wand for application.
Cheryl explains: “First, I dab the wand on the back of my hand to get off any excess product that’s sitting on the tip—this is usually the smudge and clump culprit.”
After that, it's all about speed:
"To avoid clumping, sweep it on slowly, as quick strokes dry the product out.”
We know you're busy, but allowing those twenty seconds extra to apply nice and slowly could make all the difference!
