It’s absolutely BALTIC and that’s only going to get worse over the next few days.
According to Met Éireann, temperatures will fall below minus two in some parts of the country tonight, leading to ‘severe frost’.
Although tomorrow won’t be as cold, tomorrow night will see temperatures drop again with the possibility of sleet, snow and frost, particularly in the southern half of the country.
These conditions will continue into the weekend but thankfully things look set to improve on Sunday with the national forecaster expecting a “dry and bright” day.
Get the gloves, hats and scarves out for the next few days so!
