Fans of The Voice Ireland can rest easy now that it has been confirmed that Kian Egan will be returning despite his new role on the Xtra Factor.
The former Westlife star is filling in for singer and presenter Olly Murs on the show while he is on tour.

Kian Egan is standing in alongside Caroline Flack for Olly Murs who is currently on tour.
The Irish Sun reported that Kian is due to start filming alongside co-host Caroline Flack next month for the show due to hit television screens at the end of the summer.
But a source has said that this new role won’t interfere with Kian’s role on The Voice Ireland: ‘His new role still gives him plenty of time to get back to working on another series.’

Westlife went their separate ways earlier this year.
Out of all the Westlife boys, Kian has gotten off to flying start with his post-band career and who knows, this new job might lead to more television work in the UK and Ireland.
