Legend! Pilot Orders Entire Plane Pizza After Flight Gets Delayed

Does anyone know if there is an award for ‘Pilot of the Year’? If there is please get in touch as we have one certified candidate for the top spot. A US Domino’s Pizza manager received a call for a delivery from one fairly unlikely customer. A Frontiers Airline flight bound for Denver from Washington DC was diverted to Cheyenne due to adverse weather conditions. Passengers were left stranded and according to reports all the food onboard the plane was gone. So the pilot, being the absolute gentleman that he is, decided to order pizzas for everyone, with each row getting its own pizza to share. Adam Ritchie, from the Cheyenne Domino’s outlet, explained that he received the call and the pilot told him “I need to feed my whole plane”. With 160 passengers in total Ritchie and his employees made 36 pizzas. Folk onboard the flight tweeted their gratitude to the airline and the lovely pilot.
