Her.ie reader, Nicole Nic Cártaigh, got in touch with us this evening to share a story about her sister Ashley. Nineteen-year-old Ashley (pictured on the left in the above photo) suffered a spinal cord injury last December, leaving her paralysed from the waist down. Her boyfriend Aidan knows she is a huge Taylor Swift fan and had bought them tickets when they first went on sale last year. They travelled to Dublin today to attend the gig but at the last minute, Ashley was taken ill and rushed to hospital. Now Nicole is doing her level best to try and get Ashley to meet Taylor before she jets out of Ireland. Considering Taylor has a history of making wishes come true, we really hope that Ashley gets the chance to meet the songstress...
