It’s here.

Pride is fast approaching and to celebrate, the Mother Pride Block Party is back with a weekend full of celebrations you won’t want to miss.

On Friday and Saturday, June 23rd and 24th, the festival returns to Collins Barracks with a weekend that can only be described as the biggest and best yet.

But the best part is the line up. Drum roll please…

The Mercury Prize nominated pop phenomena Self Esteem are hitting the stage on the Friday night while the Grammy winning disco juggernaut, Purple Disco Machine, will headline on Saturday.

Joining on the main stage are RuPaul’s Drag Race US and UK Alumni Bimini, Bianca Del Rio, Raja and Naomi Smalls as well as Irish DJ, Krystal Klear.

And even more Irish talent is set to make an appearance at the festival with Brooke Scullion, Erica Cody and Panti Bliss all set to show their faces.

Other acts set to spend the weekend at Mother’s Pride Block Party include Sing Along Social, Drag Aerobics, Kelly- Anne Byrne, Tara Kumar, Claire Beck , Conor Behan, GLAMO, Stephen Dowling, Billy Bunzari, LOU BRU, MiniKimono and Bull Horris B2B RHYZINE.

If you’re not feeling music and want a different type of performance, have no fear as there will be plenty of drag shows across the weekend from Victoria Secret, Davina Devine, Regina George, Paul Ryder, Pixie Woo, Donna Fella, Naomi Diamond, Shaqira Knightly, Anziety, Annie Queeries, Dr Count Evil, Richard Joke, Vicky Volltz, Lavender, Viola Gayvis and Chanel – so you’ll be spoiled for choice.

Mother co-founder Lisa Connell said: “We’re really excited to share with the community our gorgeous Pride line-up and plans for the Pride Block Party 2023 in The National Museum of Ireland at Collins Barracks. We’ve been working hard to curate an exciting and diverse line-up and plan the mother of all parties for this special anniversary Pride season.”

Cormac Cashman, Mother co-founder added: “We’re really looking forward to the Pride Block Party this summer. With the show now a massive two day Pride dance party across Friday & Saturday, we’re excited to welcome our queer family back to the National Museum for what’s going to be our best party to date.”
