A syndicate has come forward and claimed Wednesday’s €12.8 million jackpot, they contacted Lotto HQ just before close of business this evening.
We still don’t know if they intend on going public, but the National Lottery has confirmed the prize has been claimed.
Earlier today we revealed that the lucky ticket was bought in Supervalu in Knocklyon, Dublin 16 on Wednesday.
I’d say it’s celebrations all round tonight (*cries quietly and joins office syndicate).
