Matthew Perry often gets confused between his own personality and that of Chandler Bing, the character he played in Friends for over a decade.
The funny man admitted that he slips into Chandler’s traits on a frequent basis despite wrapping up the hit show in 2004.
The actor said he has to decide what his genuine self is, according to The Irish Daily Mirror.

When asked if Chandler is still part of his life the actor said: “Yes but a lot of that is me too, so you have to try and figure out which is which.”
However, Perry said he doesn’t see himself working with the Friends cast in the future.
“I think it’s a bit of a case of ‘the book is better than the movie’.

“Everyone identifies with those characters in their own way and everyone in their own mind imagines what has become of those characters. I just think it’s best to leave it at that.”
The actor is currently working on a new comedy series called Go On.
