It's happened to all of us. We have all got to that point where we are suddenly in a routine and our lives have all become that little less interesting. However, this can be easily rectified. Here are five simple ways to become more spontaneous.
1. Explore
Book a weekend away. Spontaneously leave your plans to the last minute and then book somewhere randomly that you haven't gone to before. Book a late cheap flight, take the ferry to France, there are an endless amount of possibilities.
2. Say "yes" more often.
The more you say no, the more you stay within your routine. Vary it up by saying yes to more events when you are asked to attend, even if it is just a quick drink or cup of coffee. More variety in your week will make sure everything goes a little bit faster.

3. Do Something Without Thinking
Most of us have plans that will run up for the rest of the year, but when you leave work in the evening, try to do something that you wouldn't normally do. Go enjoy a nice meal by yourself, do some shopping or go for a walk.
4. Get a new Hobby
No not knitting! Well, no if you like knitting than by all means take up knitting but we mean a hobby that will get you out and about. Take up surfing, dancing or anything that involves a class. Make new friends, get a new hobby, it's a win-win situation.
5. Conquer the Fear
Fear of flying, fear of water? Don't let the fear conquer you. Start slowly with a short trip or whatever may frighten you and work your way from there.
