Could this be the start of a new career for Nadia Forde?
Fresh from her stint on I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here... Irish model Nadia Forde will step into the shoes of presenter Karen Koster today to guest anchor TV3's Xposé.
Xposé producers say they were keen to see the model in front of the camera, especially with Karen currently on maternity leave.
Nadia will front the celebrity show on her own later today, taking viewers through some last minute style solutions for Christmas and "checking out a new eye care regime that promises to turn the clock back by 10 years".
Speaking about anchoring today’s show, Nadia Forde said: “I’m so excited. I’m a big fan of Xposé so I can’t wait to get stuck in although I will be extremely nervous. And I’ll be anchoring alone which is even more nerve wracking, but listen if I can lie in a tomb full of rats, I reckon I’ll be okay!”
Debbie O’Donnell, Series Producer of Xposé, said: “We’re delighted Nadia could join us to guest anchor today’s show. She’s always such a pleasure to deal with and I’ve no doubt her infectious personality will translate on screen.”
For now the appearance is said to be a one-off, but lets not forget that Glenda Gilson made the leap from model to full-time presenter via Xposé too...
