House hunting is a difficult task, especially when you plan to house share.
Daft.ie is one of the main websites the majority of Irish folk go to when searching for a place to stay.
When an advert appears offering a double room in Dublin for €350 a month, you'd instantly think you'd hit the jackpot.
But like all good deals, reading the small print is important.
This advert was sent into us by an eager lady on the hunt for a humble abode in Dublin when she spotted some interesting details in the property description.
"The ideal candidate would make bacon sandwiches on request and never ask what's in the garage. No Barry's tea allowed."
What did Barry ever do on anyone?!
