OMG: Clueless Star Is Making a TV Comeback!

Alicia Silverstone won our hearts when she took to the big screen as Cher in Clueless but now it appears she is taking on a new role for television.

The 36-year-old actress is said to have joined the cast of HR, a new drama show in the US. We know it won't be the same as Clueless but still it does sound pretty interesting.

According to Deadline Alicia will play a human resources director whose outlook on life changes when she suffers a head injury.

Apparently programme bosses have been searching for a lead actress for almost a year which means the pressure will be on.

The actress has had a number of television roles including Miss Match.

Although we have no doubt that she'll take to the role as a natural having appeared in both Suburgatory and Miss Match in recent years.
