One Galway bar has introduced ‘Boozy Brunch’ and we are there

The menu looks divine.

If Dry January didn’t go to plan, then you might be intrigued by the brunch offering available at one of Galway’s well-known bars.

The Front Door, located in the middle of Galway’s Latin Quarter, has introduced ‘Boozy Brunch’ which runs every Sunday between 12 pm and 3 pm and the menu looks seriously tasty.

There’s the usual standard brunch fare from pancakes to eggs Benedict but there’s also one surprising inclusion that we very much like the sound of.

Brunch Pizza anyone?

This dish includes spinach, cherry tomatoes, gin infused smoked salmon and a fried egg and there’s also a Breakfast Pizza option which sounds almost as good as a fry (smoked ham, spicy chorizo sausage, button mushrooms, hollandaise sauce and fried egg).

Pretty much every dish sounds YUM and we’re going to stop now before we actually drool (its that time of day okay!)

That’s before we even get started on the cocktail menu which includes a Breakfast Martini, Fruit Punch Mojitos and the always Instagram-friendly Aperol Spritz.

As a Galway native, I know there’s plenty of brunch spots already including the likes of Dela and Caprice but there’s always room for another mouth-watering option.

We’re dreaming about our #FrontDoorBoozyBrunch already… How tasty does our Croque Madame look? Just one of our tasty dishes served every Sunday from 12-3 pm. pic.twitter.com/ocVy0Qst9m

With a DJ playing tunes, good food and tasty beverages, we have a feeling that Galway’s brunch scene is about to get even better.
