The most popular baby name of 2017 won’t be to everyone’s taste

While Ines is a definite favourite this year, coming in at number 5 on the Nameberry list of favoured baby girl names for 2017, Tatjana is number one. The remainder of the top five female baby names is composed of Alizeh (2), Tahiti (3) and Moana (4). However, the overall winner, up by a whopping 4141 percent compared to last year, is none other than Kyd. On the list of male names, it's followed by Benajah, Sulien, Koa and in at number five is Gunther, which we will forever and ever associate with the Friends character of the same name.
