This is a raffle with a difference.
First prize? A 40-acre farm in Urlingford, Kilkenny.
Alan Colclough, based in Borris-in-Ossory, Co Laois is raffling off a 40-acre farm with Farm Quiz.
There are also ten runners-up prizes of €1,000 each. To enter the quiz all you need to do is buy a ticket for €250 and answer a simple question, pictured above.
Colclough has also promised that €5,000 will be donated to the North Tipperary Hospice.

The raffle will take place once the 2,000 tickets are sold. A few quick sums have revealed Colclough will make half a million euro if all the tickets are sold. With the donations to the hospice and the runners-up prizes out of the equation, he'll end up with about €395,000 for the farm.
Not bad at all.
Colclough, you're a smart guy.
