Recipe: A Refreshing And Delicious Kiwi Smoothie

If you’re looking for a smoothie that will kickstart your day, you need not look no further than this simply concoction.

Combining simple ingredients like kiwis and yoghurt, this smoothie can be rustled up in minutes and will leave you feeling content and refreshed. Here’s what you will need:

Ingredients:

  • 5 kiwis (ripe and not too hard, peeled and chopped)
  • 1 tsp of fresh lime juice
  • 1 banana (ripe, peeled and chopped)
  • 2 tbps of natural low-fat Glenisk yogurt
  • 2 tbps of natural honey
  • 7 large ice cubes

Method:

  1. Place all of your ingredients into a blender, cover the top and blitz for about 30 seconds to one minute. Make sure that all the bits are blended nicely.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
