Carrots are famously rich in beta carotene also packing a nutritional punch including vitamins C, B3, B6, E and K, as well as other minerals. Combined with apples, cucumber and spinach this is a nutrition-fuelled drink that’ll set you up for the day.
Ingredients:
- 2 whole carrots
- 1 apple
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
- ½ cucumber
- 1/2 cup water
Method:
- Put all of your ingredients into a smoothie blender and blitz until it has a smooth texture.
