Recipe: An Amazing Chocolate Mint Green Smoothie

Sometimes you've got to treat yourself!

This delicious smoothie is packed full of healthy fats and nutrients from avocado and spinach leaves and has the unique flavours of mint and chocolate coming together.

It definitely makes a filling meal and is an amazing treat for those who’ve caught the smoothie-bug!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic spinach
  • ½ flesh of an avocado
  • 1 scoop chocolate powder (Cadburys of similar)
  • ¼ cup fresh mint or 1 drop of mint extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • Crushed ice (optional)

Method:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth – add more water or almond milk if you want to loosen it up further.
