Recipe: Mango and Passion Fruit Smoothie

Mmmmm refreshing and delicious.

Start the day the nutritious way with this wonderfully tropical fruit blend of mango and passion fruit that’s full of vitamin C. 

Ingredients:

  • 400g chopped ripe mango
  • 250ml skimmed Irish milk
  • 2 x 125g pots fat-free natural yoghurt
  • juice 1 lime
  • 4 passion fruits

Blend the mango, yoghurt and milk together until smooth, then tip in the lime juice. Scoop the pulp of a passion fruit into the mix and swirl in before serving. Best served on the day.
