Start the day the nutritious way with this wonderfully tropical fruit blend of mango and passion fruit that’s full of vitamin C.
Ingredients:
400g chopped ripe mango
250ml skimmed Irish milk
2 x 125g pots fat-free natural yoghurt
juice 1 lime
4 passion fruits
Blend the mango, yoghurt and milk together until smooth, then tip in the lime juice. Scoop the pulp of a passion fruit into the mix and swirl in before serving. Best served on the day.
