Combining healthy greens, delicious apples and cucumber, this smoothie will have you back in tip-top shape in no time.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 big handfuls baby spinach
- 3-inch piece cucumber
- 1 green apple, cored
- 1 cup unsweetened soya milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
Place all of the ingredients into a blender, whizz up until smooth and ENJOY!
