Allow us to be blunt: orgasms can be tricky things. Some of us are lucky in that we reach the big O every time we have sex with our other half. However, most women struggle when it comes to this part of sex.
Did you know that 75 per cent of women can’t orgasm during sex? And did you know that 10 per cent of women have NEVER had an orgasm?
The good news is that we can actually teach ourselves how to orgasm. Believe it or not, sex therapists the world over encourage women who have trouble reaching orgasm to invest in a decent sex toy and enjoy some solo love on a regular basis to figure out what it is that they like and what works for them.

Who knew great orgasms could be as simple as taking a few deep breaths?
If you’re struggling to orgasm when you’re in bed with your fella, or if you want to have more (and better!) orgasms on a regular basis, here is a simple tip you can try.
The next time you’re getting down and dirty with your man, begin taking rapid, shallow breath in and out through your nose.
Why? Well, getting more oxygen into your blood stream helps to boost your arousal levels and it also encourages blood to flow to your ladyparts, which makes them more sensitive and encourages orgasm.
Continue taking the breaths for a few seconds, then take a break for a few seconds and start the breaths again. You should notice a marked difference in your body – everything will feel better and more heightened.
A word of warning though: if you start to feel dizzy stop immediately and start breathing normally again. We’re fairly certain passing out in the middle of sex would be seriously mortifying!
