Simple and effective, Marie Kondo shows us how to maximise our storage by folding our clothing neatly and vertically so we see everything in our drawers, storage boxes, you name it.
Firstly, it's all about decluttering and getting rid of things you know you don't wear (if you haven't worn those jeans in two years, the chances are you won't again etc..)
Secondly, it's all about the folding method, keeping your clothing neat and visible, like a store, will not only make it easier to find something to wear but, tidying can also alleviate stress and boost endorphins - you can read the study here.
