A study has revealed that the most annoying thing a boss can do is ignore your achievements.
The survey, published in the
Harvard Business Review, saw 1,000 US workers open up about what irks them most about their boss.

Communication issues came top of the list with employees calling out issues like bullying, narcissism, micromanaging and more.
The nine most common complaints about bosses are as follows:
1) Ignorning achievements (63 per cent).
2) Not giving clear directions (57 per cent).
3) No time for employees (52 per cent).
4) Not talking to subordinates (51 per cent).
5) Taking credit for others' ideas (47 per cent).
6) No constructive criticism (39 per cent).
7) Not knowing people's names (36 per cent).
8) Refusing to talk in person (34 per cent).
9) Ignoring people's lives outside work (23 per cent).
