It's finally time to get the sunnies out!
The State exams are starting next week so, yes, cue some fantastic weather.
Weather forecasters breathe a sigh of relief as they can finally deliver some good news to the masses - we're in for a mini heatwave this Bank Holiday weekend.
The balmy conditions of the last 24 hours are set to continue nationwide, Met Eireann and the Irish Independent report.

This could be YOU this weekend.
Today, the south-east and south should enjoy dry, settled conditions and the country should experience sunshine. Tomorrow will have cloudier, cooler conditions but the warm weather will return on Saturday and should last well into next week.
Yesterday, temperatures reached 18 degrees Celsius in places.
"Saturday will be mild and Sunday milder still with temperatures over 20C from Monday onwards," Deirdre Lowe of Met Eireann told the newspaper.
