While trying to deal with the aftermath of Rainie, Ian tells Cindy she needs to leave. This just happens to be the same moment that Cindy goes into labour.
In pictures released ahead of the episode, its not clear whether Ian will step in and help his ex-wife’s daughter in her hour of need.
The BBC 1 soap's producer Lorraine Newman said:
“Cindy is cheeky and hugely likeable, there’s never a dull moment when she’s around.
“Cindy has no fears or inhibitions and she often ends up in hot water as a result. It’s only a matter of time before she begins to stir up trouble in Albert Square.”
