This week it's White Chocolate Mousse courtesy of
Nigella.com (it’s light, it’s simple, it’s delicious).
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
- 175g white chocolate
- 90ml milk
- 2 egg whites
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- 225ml double cream
Method:
- Melt the chocolate, stir in the milk and set aside.
- Whip the egg whites and lemon juice until stiff. Then fold into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Gently fold the cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Divide the mixture into four martini glasses and chill for at least two hours.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate to serve.
