This week it's White Chocolate Mousse courtesy of Nigella.com (it’s light, it’s simple, it’s delicious).
(Serves 4)Ingredients:
175g white chocolate
90ml milk
2 egg whites
¼ tsp lemon juice
225ml double cream
Method:
Melt the chocolate, stir in the milk and set aside.
Whip the egg whites and lemon juice until stiff. Then fold into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
Gently fold the cream into the chocolate mixture.
Divide the mixture into four martini glasses and chill for at least two hours.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate to serve.
