A goat from Australia has had the charges against him dropped this week after his case was appealed.
Gary (that’s the goat’s name by the way) had to go into court after he destroyed a flowerbed in Sydney’s city centre.
Gary was pictured having a snack after appearing in court this week.
Police arrested him after he ate a number of flowers outside the Museum of Contemporary Art last summer.
His owner Jim Dezarnaul, also known as comedian Jimbo Bazoobi, was fined for the damage but now the case has been cleared.
The owner of the goat spoke to reporters about the result afterwards.
According to reports this morning Magistrate Carolyn Barkell said that while Gary had been eating flowers when the authorities arrived, there was no evidence that his owner brought him there with the intention of vandalising the flowerbed.
Speaking about the result to reporters outside the court, Dezarnaul said: “I think Gary has taught the cops a valuable lesson today and that’s don’t bite off more than you can chew.”
Despite the good result Gary decided not to comment on the matter!
